We will promote industrial restructuring. We will deepen pollution control of motor vehicles, basically eliminate the yellow standard vehicles, speed up the elimination of outdated motor vehicles, encourage the use of clean energy vehicles, and promote the use of gasoline and diesel engines of the six national standards. We will strengthen the response to heavy pollution in the weather, ensure joint prevention and control of air pollution, increase production in key heating industries at different peaks in the heating season, and guide and urge all localities to improve and strictly implement emergency plans for heavy pollution in the weather. The formation mechanism of heavy pollution weather was thoroughly studied.
 
     We will deepen efforts to control water pollution. To promulgates and implement plans for the prevention and control of water pollution in key river basins. We will improve the mechanism for joint prevention, control and prevention of water pollution. We will ensure the safety of drinking water, strengthen the standardization of drinking water sources, and continue to monitor drinking water hygiene.      We will comprehensively control soil pollution.     Third, we will strengthen the rule of law in the environment. We will promote the formulation and revision of laws and regulations on the prevention and control of water pollution. We will continue to carry out the annual activities for the implementation of the environmental protection law, strengthen the linkage between environmental administrative law enforcement and criminal justice, and intensify the investigation and handling of major environmental violations.
